I moved from Boston to Saint Louis in 2007. From Boston, I searched online for a house to rent in Saint Louis. I found a house that Ryan had posted online. I arranged for my son in Saint Louis to look at the house. He did that for me. Based on Ryan's online posting, Ryan's answers to my questions  and my son's observations about the house, the neighborhood etc, Ryan and I negotiated a lease. Ryan and I have negotiated several more leases since that first one. I still live in that house. Ryan, from my perspective, has been an excellent manager. He is responsive, concerned, fair and honest. He knows his business well. I recommend Ryan to anyone in the Saint Louis market that is buying, selling or renting real estate.
